The Wizards play basketball with President Obama (Video)

The White House Easter Egg Roll was on Monday, and Emeka Okafor, John Wall, Bradley Beal and Nene were a part of the festivities. The Wizards players participated in various basketball challenges with the kids in attendance. They also got to shoot some hoops with President Obama.

“It’s good to be out here and show these kids that we care about them,” Beal said. “They support us, so we support them. It’s a great event for all.”

A video of the festivities is below. At the 1:50 mark, Obama drains a three, turns around and walks off the court. It’s the basketball equivalent of dropping the mic.

“It was a bright, sunny day, everyone was in a good mood,” Okafor said. “The president and the first lady, man, they’re like the coolest couple ever.”
