Athletes, especially those of the superstar variety, get a lot of free stuff. Usually it comes by way of an endorsement. Sometimes an athlete will publicly share their love of something — like Capri Sun, for instance — and the brand will take it upon themselves to hook that athlete up with their product.

But why play the coy “gimme free stuff” game when you can cut right to the chase? That’s exactly what Bryce Harper did with this Twitter exchange about Cap’n Crunch cereal. (via @RecordsandRadio)

I wonder if other athletes know it’s that easy? And so continues the love affair between D.C. athletes and cereal.
