Niles Paul on RGIII’s leadership

We all know that Robert Griffin III is a leader, and has all the skills required to be that leader. But, July, so here’s Niles Paul on Redskins nation talking about RGIII’s leadership abilities.

“I mean, Robert came in and you wouldn’t have even thought he was a rookie,” said Paul. “He came in, he took control of the offense, he instantly became a leader. And people followed him. People listened to him. People took what he said serious.”
