When last I checked, Robert Griffin III had been pictured on the front page of The Washington Post at least 26 times, which I assume makes him one of the most fronted athletes in D.C. sports history.

That’s over more than a year, though. Griffin is ripping through Richmond at a much greater rate.

Believe it or not, the quarterback’s face has been on the front page of the Richmond Times-Dispatch at least four of the past six days. He also was on the cover of the paper’s 36-page training camp special section on Sunday. This is legendary stuff, in the print media domination category.

Thanks to the paper’s Skins writer, Michael Phillips, for sending along these images.
