The Washington Post

RGIII makes six newspaper front pages

Robert Griffin III has dominated Washington Post front pages. He’s dominated Richmond Times-Dispatch front pages. Now, he’s taking over the entire region.

The quarterback’s image appeared on the front pages of at least six area newspapers on Friday morning. He was front-and-center in The Post and the Fredericksburg Free Lance-Star. He was above the masthead in the Staunton News Leader and the Virginian-Pilot. And he was much smaller, but still there, in the Times-Dispatch and the Daily Press.
