Obama’s note to the Terps women

(Via @UMD_FOE)

For at least the fourth time in his presidency, Barack Obama attended a local men’s basketball game on Sunday night.

He’s seen the GW men at the Smith Center.

He’s seen the Georgetown men at Verizon Center.

He’s seen the Wizards at Verizon Center.

And now he’s seen the Maryland men at Comcast Center.

He has not, to my knowledge, seen an area women’s game. And yet he did leave behind a message for the Terps women, who are ranked in the top 10.

UPDATE: He also attended a Mystics game with Ted Leonsis. And I wrote about it. Whoops.

And he also attended Syracuse-Marquette at Verizon Center, and Brazil-USA at Verizon Center.
