MLB Network had some of the league’s stadium announcer’s record their introductions to new players, and Nationals PA announcer Jerome Hruska offered his Doug Fister introduction. If you hit play and close your eyes, you can almost smell the hot dogs and beer.

The recording is part of a “Now Batting” campaign to get fans excited for baseball season. If you’re looking for an excuse to take a (cough, cough) half day off next Monday, MLB Network will be airing Nats at Yankees at 1pm.
