Terps dance their way to Elite Eight

The Maryland women’s basketball team’s Instagram account is a treasure trove of three-goggles, Nae Nae dances and general goodness, like this video of sophomore forward Tierney Pfirman taking whacks at a turtle piñata  on her birthday.

The account has been especially entertaining during the fourth-seeded Terps’ run through the NCAA tournament.

Here’s the team after Sunday’s 73-62 win over No. 1 seed Tennessee.

Here are the Terps celebrating a 69-64 win over Texas in the round of 32.

And here are some always-in-season three-goggles from Maryland’s opening round blowout of Army.

Dance party Part 4 is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday night. Maryland plays No. 3 seed Louisville, which is coached by former top Terps assistant Jeff Walz, at 7 p.m. for the right to advance to the Final Four.
