Andre Miller could end personal playoff drought against Bulls

If the Wizards can close out the Chicago Bulls tonight (or Thursday, or Saturday), it will mark the first time that point guard Andre Miller has won a playoff series. You can say the same thing about John Wall and Bradley Beal, and a number of other Washington players, of course, but those guys aren’t 38 years old with nine previous postseason trips to their name.

UPDATE: Andre Miller is advancing to round two, y’all.

This surprised me: Miller ranks 36th on the list of career NBA regular season games played, one game ahead of Patrick Ewing and four games behind Dirk Nowitzki.

This surprised me even more: Forget winning a single playoff series. Of the 35 players ahead of Miller on the career games played list, 20 of them have won at least one NBA title.
