The Potomac Nationals will sell you 10 strips of bacon in a souvenir cup

Bacon is all the rage at baseball concession stands.

But I didn’t know until recently that the Potomac Nationals this season are offering one strip of bacon for a buck, three strips for two bucks and 10 strips in a souvenir cup for $5. Having spent $11 at Nationals Park for a (really delicious) roasted cauliflower sandwich, I have to admit that 50 cents per bacon strip seems like a bargain.

Sadly, it looks like they forgot to add soy bacon to the menu. Maybe next season.

(Via Byron Kerr, obviously.)
