You can carry anything in the Nats’ pink bullpen backpack

As diehard Nats fans know, some relievers on the team have been using pink backpacks for quite a while. Fans photograph the backpacks at the ballpark, and they’re often spotted during MASN shots of the relievers warming up.

On the final game before the All-Star break, that led to a pretty unusual image. You can’t imagine that too many pink rainbow backpacks have been used to transport smokeless tobacco in world history.
