Paul Pierce’s monster fourth quarter Friday night — which included a pair of backbreaking three-pointers (can a back break twice?) — prompted lots of terrific reactions. (This was during Washington’s Game 3 win over the Raptors, needless to say.)

Pierce made Marcin Gortat scream toward the heavens.

Pierce made fancy-pants front-row Verizon Center patrons clamor after high-fives.

Pierce made Steve Buckhantz unleash one of his most memorable Daggers.

And Pierce inspired himself to drop another bit of Truth:
