Redskins defensive end Chris Baker sacked Sam Bradford on the Eagles’ third play from scrimmage in Sunday’s 23-20 win at FedEx Field.

The man better known as Swaggy got to Bradford again in the second quarter for the first multi-sack game of his career. And then he danced.

Niles Paul immediately recognized Baker’s moves as the Milly Rock, a dance popularized by New York rapper 2 Milly.

“We saw what I’m going to have to name right now ‘The Swaggy Swerve,’ as far as that dance goes, because it was something,” Comcast SportsNet’s Chick Hernandez told Baker after the game.

Baker confirmed to reporters that “The Swaggy Swerve” — a perfectly fine name for a sack dance — was in fact the Milly Rock.

“It felt good to go out there on my first play and get a sack,” Baker told Comcast SportsNet’s Tarik El-Bashir. “I was like, hey, the monkey’s off my back, now it’s just time to play football.”

Baker wasn’t the only player to “hit the Milly Rock” on Sunday. Jets defensive tackle Muhammad Wilkerson did it after a sack of Ryan Tannehill in London.

And Rams receiver Tavon Austin hit it after a touchdown against the Cardinals.

Big day for Chris Baker. Big day for the Milly Rock.
