Orioles outfielder Adam Jones went 0 for 4 with three strikeouts in a 7-3 loss to the Red Sox on Sunday, but he hit a home run with the costume he wore to the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view event in Baltimore later that night.

Jones dressed as Virgil, the former WWE star and bodyguard for “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, with red pants, a red vest and a red bow tie. Even better, Jones attended the event with a group of friends dressed as DiBiase and several other wrestling heels of yesteryear.

“Who can name us all?” Jones asked his followers in a photo posted on Twitter and Instagram.

From left to right, excluding the guy in the back, that would be Big Boss Man, Razor Ramon, Virgil, “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, Jimmy Hart, Irwin R. Schyster (I.R.S.) and Steve Austin.

Jones didn’t break character when the group was shown standing ringside, and Virgil, whose actual name is Michael Jones, was impressed.

“Real recognize real,” he tweeted.

Adam Jones is a big WWE fan. A couple of years ago, he caught Seth Rollins’s ceremonial first pitch before a game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. In 2013, brought a replica WWE championship belt to the All-Star Game to award to the winner of the Home Run Derby.

“I liked Stone Cold [Steve Austin],” Jones said in 2013 when asked about his favorite wrestlers as a kid. “And the Rock. The Ultimate Warrior was a little bit before me, but I got to see the end of it with him. I always liked the guys with beer guts with no muscle definition whatsoever. Now these dudes are athletes, bodybuilders.”

Jones and his Orioles teammates reportedly used WWE entrance music as their walk-up songs for Sunday’s game.
