Commuters in Maryland can expect delays on MARC’s Camden Line to continue on Tuesday, two days after a freight train derailment in southwest Baltimore.

Maryland Transit Administration officials said most trains will be delayed 10 to 15 minutes throughout the day on Tuesday as crews continue work to repair the railroad, which was damaged Sunday morning when eight cars of a 118-car CSX train came off the tracks just south of Camden Station.

Officials said trains traveling north toward Baltimore in the morning and south from Baltimore to Washington in the evening may experience additional delays of 25 to 30 minutes.
