It looks like American Airlines’ flight attendants have added a new skill to their repertoire: wine pairing.

Check out this tweet, complete with photo, that the airline sent out earlier this week:

Probably not something you’ll see in coach, but if you’ve got the $$ to upgrade …

This latest effort come as other airlines have rolled out new premium services for their first and business class passengers. In 2010, Virgin America rolled out a food and wine pairing menu in its first class cabins, hiring wine expert Gary Vaynerchuk to oversee the program.

Even Amtrak is going upscale, recruiting renowned chefs including Michel Richard and Seattle’s Tom Douglas to consult on food offerings.
