A man has been hospitalized after plunging from a roadway at Reagan National Airport late Tuesday.
Officials with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority said the incident took place about 11 p.m. Tuesday. The individual apparently climbed over the protective barrier on the ticketing level roadway in front of the airport’s B/C terminal and fell to the arrivals level roadway below.
The man, who was not identified, was transported by the MWAA Fire and Rescue Department to George Washington University Hospital. Officials at the hospital said they could not offer any information about the individual because of privacy issues.
