Delays on MARC trains to Washington after signal issues

MARC trains to Washington have been delayed Friday morning because of earlier signal issues.

A Maryland Transportation Administration spokeswoman said MARC’s Camden and Brunswick line trains were beginning to move as of 8 a.m. Trains were temporarily suspended earlier Friday morning because of the problems.

An alert said Brunswick Line trains are coming to Washington 30 to 35 minutes late, and Camden Line trains are delayed by an hour.

An alert said MARC’s Penn Line would honor tickets for Camden Line passengers, and Metro would honor tickets for both lines.
