Andy Reid, it seems, is going to coach somewhere in 2013.

But where?

Before heading to Arizona to interview with the Cardinals about replacing Ken Whisenhunt, who was fired Monday, Reid will interview with Kansas City Chiefs representatives today in Philadelphia.

Although the Chiefs’ reps first traveled to Atlanta to interview Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter as a possible replacement for Romeo Crennel, who was fired Monday, Koetter has signed an extension with the Falcons and will remain with the team.

Reid, who was fired Monday after 14 seasons with the Eagles, has been assembling a coaching staff as he prepares to coach immediately somewhere else. There are presently seven head-coaching vacancies in the NFL.

Several reports have indicated that Reid and the Cardinals are close to a deal that would reunite him with quarterback Kevin Kolb, who has had little success in Arizona since the Eagles traded him in July 2011.
