Baylor and Brittney Griner won the NCAA women’s tournament last year and, as far as President Barack Obama is concerned, there’s no reason to pick any other team to win the tournament this year.
In his NCAA women’s bracket for ESPN, Obama picked Baylor to beat Notre Dame in the championship game April 9. It’s the same prediction he made a year ago, when Baylor indeed beat Notre Dame 80-61 for the national title.
Connecticut and California are Obama’s other Final Four teams. (Only California is a No. 2 seed.)
On the men’s side, Obama’s Final Four consists of Louisville, Indiana, Ohio State and Florida with Obama predicting that Louisville will beat Indiana in the championship game.
