Tom Brady co-existed peacefully with Randy Moss and Chad Johnson, so perhaps it’s only natural that he’d go for the trifecta of diva wide receivers by flinging some passes at Terrell Owens.

That’s exactly what the New England Patriots quarterback did Wednesday at USC (along with Matt Cassel), according to the TrojansOwens and the NFL (which offers photographic evidence). Owens, a 39-year-old free agent who hasn’t played in a regular-season game since 2010, lasted three weeks in training camp with the Seattle Seahawks last summer, but he is second all-time in the NFL in receiving yards and third in receiving touchdowns.

On Tuesday, Brady worked out with the Patriots’ new wide receiver, Danny Amendola, at the home of his offseason workouts.
