Patrick Ewing has landed a job working for a man who was his NBA nemesis.

Ewing will become associate head coach of Michael Jordan’s Charlotte Bobcats. Yahoo first reported that Ewing would join Steve Clifford’s staff. Ewing previously worked for Clifford in Orlando and Houston.

Although Ewing would like to become a head coach, let’s not lose sight of the big picture here. As Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski points out, this completes a “Space Jam” reunion.
