Tony Parker ‘ready to go’ in NBA finals Game 4

A strained hamstring isn’t going to keep Tony Parker from playing in Game 4 tonight as the San Antonio Spurs seek to put a dagger in the Miami Heat and take a 3-1 lead in the NBA finals.

Parker, who suffered a Grade 1 strain in Game 3, said only “I’ll be ready to go” on Thursday.

The Spurs, of course, do happen to be 11-5 without Parker. Parker was a little more expansive after the morning shootaround when he was asked what the Spurs expect from the Heat. No team has come down from a 3-1 series deficit.

“They’re going to play a lot better,” he said (via ESPN). “They’re going to come out very aggressive, very physical. It’s a big game tonight. We’re going to have to be ready to match that.”
