Miami Heat victory parade could have used more planning

You’d think the Miami Heat would know that allowing very tall people to stand atop double-decker buses is a very poor idea in a world filled with overpasses.

Yet there the Heat players were, standing on the top deck as the buses wound through the streets of Miami during a parade celebrating their NBA championship. And there they were, suddenly ducking when the bus approached an overpass. Along the way, LeBron James exhorted the crowd to repeat Lil Wayne lyrics: “Like I said, man, I ain’t got no worries; we ain’t got no worries.”

Except for those overpasses.
