Hyde was named as a person of interest in a weekend assault of a woman in a Columbus bar, according to the Columbus Dispatch. A decision about the future of another player, starting cornerback Bradley Roby, has not yet been made, Roby was arrested early Sunday in Bloomington, Ind., the Dispatch reports. After a disturbance in a bar, he refused to leave and was subdued by bouncers, according to court records. He is facing preliminary charges of battery resulting in bodily injury.

Hyde rushed for 970 yards last season, nearly becoming the first in Meyer’s career to top 1,000. Roby chose to return for his junior season instead of going to the NFL.
