Michael Jordan says $1 million, one-on-one challenge from Grizzlies owner is “comical”

Michael Jordan has heard the $1 million offer from the Memphis Grizzlies‘ owner for a one-on-one match and verbally smacked that shot into the rafters.

“I think that’s comical,” Jordan said of Robert Pera’s offer to play him for charity (via the Charlotte Observer). “It didn’t make any sense. Why would I play one one-on-one? It’s a no-win situation for me no matter what.”

Jordan has a point. Why play a guy who’s 15 years younger for a measly one mil? The Grizz guy might be willing to go higher.
