Tim Tebow insists that he’s serious about returning to the NFL as a quarterback, but maybe he should move on to the next phase of his life.

He’s showing some promise at this TV thing…and he has a contract there.

First, there was his successful BCS appearance in his first outing an an ESPN/SEC Network commentator. Now, there’s are T-Mobile ads that will appear Sunday while the team he led to the playoffs two years ago, the Denver Broncos, plays the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLVIII. In the ad, he spoofs the idea that he wants a contract. (“Bottom line: Contracts hold you back.”)

He manages, in the ads, to deliver a baby, rescue puppies from a burning building, out-diplomat Dennis Rodman and…prove that he doesn’t really throw much better on the moon than on Earth.
