The Los Angeles Clippers agreed to a trade that will send forward Antawn Jamison to the Atlanta Hawks shortly before the NBA’s 3 p.m. EST trade deadline.

It wasn’t yet known what the Clippers received in return, other than an open roster spot and cap space. Jamison is a 15-year veteran who averaged 3.8 points and 2.5 rebounds in 11.3 minutes, playing in only 22 games. The move, first reported by ESPN, saves the Clippers $2 million in salary.

The Hawks, decimated by injuries, used a disabled-player exception they were given when Al Horford suffered a season-ending shoulder injury.
