NFL teams asked Blake Bortles questions about his girlfriend

Central Florida quarterback Blake Bortles, one of the top prospects in May’s NFL draft, had a solid showing in the combine.

His size was legitimate (he measured in at 6-5 and 232 pounds) and he performed well in all the drills. But where he really excelled was in answering the sort of awkward, borderline skeevy questions the combine is known for. It wasn’t quite as “is your mother a prostitute” or “do you like girls,” but still…

Bortles is dating Lindsey Duke, a fellow UCF student who has posted a not-outrageous number of photos involving herself and bikinis on Instagram and Twitter, and those prompted some hubba-hubba moments, he said on the “Dan Patrick Show.”

“‘If we come to town, will she be there for dinner?’ and stuff like that,” Bortles said. [Teams] knew going into the meeting [about Duke]. I think that was kinda the angle, how I would react to it.”

Hmm. Just whom are they planning to draft?
