During a red carpet interview with Mindy Kaling before the Oscars on Sunday night, a familiar-looking man sneaked through the background of the shot.

Is that … ? Could that be … ? Yep, the Ball Hogs noted, it was the owner/general manager of the Dallas Cowboys. Jerry Jones and his wife, Gene, were quietly slipping past the E! online cameras and this apparently had nothing to do with the “Dallas Buyers Club.”

After the awards were handed out, the Joneses headed to Graydon Carter’s Vanity Fair Oscar party.

It would have been really sweet if he’d rolled up to the red carpet in his super-swanky bus, the Elegant Lady, but some things are just too good to ever happen.
