So when a smaller school upsets a bigger school, it’s not unusual for fans of David to take a few shots at fans of Goliath. Particularly when the bigger school is in the habit of affixing an article before its name that some might consider pretentious. And particularly when the two schools are located within 70 miles of each other. And particularly when the upset takes place in the NCAA tournament.

But you don’t always see metropolitan newspapers getting into the act. So here’s to the Dayton Daily News, which might be able to expand its circulation reach to Ann Arbor if it keeps this up.
