Is a $25 corn dog too expensive? Not at the D’Backs’ ballpark

Remember the 18-inch, $25 corn dog that the Arizona Diamondbacks debuted this season?

Of course you do – it’s an oversized corn dog stuffed with cheese and bacon and comes with a side of fries.

Well, now there’s a flood of photos of fans going to town on the behemoth ballpark offering.

The hefty price tag isn’t deterring these insatiable fans, who don’t appear to believe in sharing.

It begs the question, when is this ballpark dish going national?

And it wasn’t just fans getting in on the action, here’s former major leaguers Shawn Estes and Rich Aurilia sharing one of the corn dogs in the press box at Chase Field.
