A field of 36,000 runners will participate in the 118th Boston Marathon today and, thanks to Boston University students, there’s a fantastic way to run the course without actually doing a darn thing.

Students filmed a 3-minute time-lapse tour of the course, from Hopkinton to Boyleston. Experience Heartbreak Hill without the sweat, zoom by Fenway and the Citgo sign blister-free and prepare for an emotional moment as the finish line approaches.

(Those prone to motion sickness might want to pause the video occasionally.)
