Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski look fabulous while talking Kentucky Derby on ‘The Today Show’

Olympic figure skating medalists Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski, aka the most fabulous commentating duo in all the land, showed up at Churchill Downs on “The Today Show” Friday morning to show off a little bit of their fashion fierceness ahead of Saturday’s Kentucky Derby, where they’ll be helping NBC with their race coverage.  Al Roker can barely handle all the sparkle.

Wondering where Weir’s Pegasus-themed hat is? He’s saving that for the big day on Saturday. But this Derby Eve outfit isn’t anything to ignore. The fashion-loving athlete revealed on Twitter Friday that he wore Indashio, an indie label out of New York City, during “The Today Show” broadcast.

Lipinski, meanwhile, kept things a little more traditional, opting for a simple white lace cocktail dress by Alice + Olivia, paired with sky-high heels. She put up a preview on Instagram.

But let’s get back to sports, shall we? Here’s Weir and Lipinski calling a hockey game, courtesy of SBNation.

Lipinski is amused.

And Weir’s in!

New rule: Weir and Lipinski call all the sports.
