Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen no sooner completed their 14,000-square foot, Brentwood, Calif., home than they decided to relocate to the East Coast, putting the manse on the market for $50 million.

Now, after two months, a buyer has emerged. Dr. Dre, with enough Beats bucks to buy the house and maybe part of the Los Angeles Clippers to boot, has offered $40 million, according to TMZ. At issue between the parties is whether the furniture is included. The New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife, who are building a mansion in Brookline, Mass., reportedly have no interest in having their stuff moved East.

Ninety percent of the house, which includes solar panels, was made of reclaimed materials and the grounds include a garden (see photos of Bundchen and the harvest here) and a chicken coop. It isn’t clear whether the deal would include the critters.
