The 139th Preakness Stakes will take place Saturday at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.

Kentucky Derby winner California Chrome is a 3-5 favorite to win the second leg of the Triple Crown and his owners are feeling confident, despite what they’re saying is a minor throat issue.

“If he holds his position, I think we got this pretty well sewed up here,” co-owner Steve Coburn said Wednesday (via Baltimore Sun). “It is a dream coming true. I knew this horse would win the Kentucky Derby. And I’ve got a strong feeling he’s going to win the Preakness. I’ve got something within me that I feel, and I can’t explain it.”

Bayern and Ride On Curlin are the co-third choices at 10-1 and Ria Antonia, who finished sixth in the Kentucky Oaks, is the longest shot at 30-1 odds.
