Roger Federer took some time out of his busy schedule to visit Google headquarters in Mountain View, Calif., earlier this year.
The result is a pretty sweet video released Thursday showing Federer and his coach, former world No. 1 Stefan Edberg, in a light hitting session while wearing their Google Glass.
“It was really fun shooting this video,” Federer said via ATP. “It’s not often you get to explore new angles of watching tennis. I hope fans enjoy this new perspective.”
Federer, the current world No. 4, joked around (“Changes everything, the grunt, doesn’t it?”) and hit a few groundstrokes and volleys before signing autographs for his adoring fans.
One can only wonder what tennis looks like in full-speed from the 17-Grand Slam champion’s perspective.
