The video game version of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick just got a lot more realistic. The 26-year-old, who signed a six-year contract extension with a record $61 million guaranteed on Wednesday, now has his intricate real-life tattoos depicted in Madden 15’s virtual world. And as a testament to how far humanity has come since playing Pong on an 8-bit Atari, Kaepernick’s virtual tattoos look really, really real. Look at this screenshot of the game that its developer, Electronic Arts, released Wednesday night.

Well, tuck your brain back into your skull because there’s more news out of EA. The company also released a teaser trailer for its upcoming soccer game FIFA 15. The Uruguayan Luis Suarez, who’s rumored to be looking to leave Liverpool for Real Madrid, beat out the likes of possible future teammate Cristiano Ronaldo of Portugal and Barcelona’s power duo Lionel Messi of Argentina and Neymar of Brazil for the starring role. The full trailer arrives June 9, according to Steve Noah, who runs, a Web site dedicated to sports gaming.
