Jim Harbaugh’s wife warns of dangers of ‘Dad Pants’ in Dockers ad

Sarah Harbaugh, wife of San Francisco 49ers Coach Jim Harbaugh, has long decried her husband’s sense of style, calling in to a radio station before last season’s NFC championship game to absolve herself from blame for her husband’s love of shapeless, pleated khakis, the ones that cost $8 at Walmart.

Naturally, the Harbaughs have parlayed Khakigate into a advertising campaign in which Sarah Harbaugh warns the nation about the dangers of “Dad Pants.” It is the “This is Your Brain on Drugs” of its time.
