Wimbledon finalist Roger Federer and Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn haven’t hid their admiration for each other.

Vonn, a noted tennis fan, was on hand to watch Federer win his 14th Grand Slam title at the French Open in 2009, and the Swiss champion is friends with Vonn’s boyfriend, Tiger Woods.

On Wednesday, the duo teamed up to play an exhibition tennis match on the Aletsch Glacier in Switzerland to promote the opening of a Lindt chocolate shop. Federer is a global ambassador for the Swiss chocolate company.

The event was promoted in a Lindt ad in which the two Skype each other shortly after Federer’s five-set loss to Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon.

It might be only a matter of time before Federer straps on the ski boots and joins Vonn on the slopes.
