The only Sterling left in the vicinity of the Staples Center is the Los Angeles Clippers’ “No. 1 fan” Shelly Sterling after the completion of the team’s sale to Steve Ballmer, but Justin Timberlake couldn’t resist one last jubilant jab on the team’s home court.

During a concert at Staples that was the final U.S. date for the 20/20 Experience World Tour, Timberlake told the crowd, “No more Donald Sterling in this [expletive]!” He received thunderous applause for the comment and then started singing “Heartbreak Hotel.”

Timberlake has made his feelings about Sterling, who was ousted as the Clippers owner and banned from the league after a recording of racist comments became public, before. When he was named Top Artist at the Billboard Music Awards last spring, he said in his pretaped acceptance speech that “I want to thank everyone on earth, except Donald Sterling.”
