Caroline Wozniacki and Serena Williams, the most fun new besties in the sparsely populated category of fun new besties/sports, are taking Manhattan by storm.

The two, who played in the U.S. Open final in September, have been buds ever since Wozniacki’s engagement to Rory McIlRoy hit a speed bump from which it could not recover last spring. Williams stepped in with fun therapy, like hitting the NBA Finals and partying in Miami. So it was no surprise that, when Wozniacki blazed to a 3-hour, 26-minute finish in the New York City Marathon, Williams was there at the finish line, weeping in joyous support.

Take that, Rory.

Since then, they’ve put on their high heels and hit the town.

They went to the Wizards-Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.

And they settled the issue of which one is the better ice skater with a trip to Rockefeller Center. “Great times,” Wozniacki posted to Instagram. “@serenawilliams showing off her pirouettes, I’m just trying to stay on my feet lol”
