There was some major star power at Barclays Center on Monday, the kind that only needs to be known by one name. Not only were Jay-Z and Beyonce on hand to watch LeBron play, uh, Deron and the Nets, but William and Kate were in attendance, as well!

Okay, so “William” kind of needs to go with “Kate” in order to be obvious, but in any case, celebrities sitting courtside don’t get much more famous than the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. You may have noticed from the photo at the top that Dikembe Mutombo also had a primo seat, and there are just too many tremendous photos of the former finger-wagging NBA star interacting with the royal couple not to share a few here:

America’s own “Queen Bey” and her famous husband were seated on the other side of the court, but, of course, it was only a matter of time before the foursome held a summit meeting.

On Sunday, James had said that it would be an “honor” to play  in front of his royal audience (William and Kate, not Mutombo), and shortly after the pair arrived early in the third quarter, his Cavs broke open a close game. Cleveland went on to win in a rout, 110-88, as James had 18 points, seven assists and three steals. Naturally, “King James” met with the future king of England after the game.

No word on whether William or Kate asked James about the “I Can’t Breathe” shirt he wore before the game.
