UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is happy to be in the latest issue of Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue. She’s been posting photos on Instagram from her shoot for the last couple of days.

However, the mixed martial arts fighter doesn’t want her fans to forget that she’s more than just a looker with great abs. She’s also a fearsome champion fighter with a 10-0-0 record, readying to defend her title at UFC 184 on Feb. 28 against Cat Zingano (9-0-0).

On Monday night, Rousey decided to remind everyone. Instead of posting another bikini shot on Instagram, she posted a video of herself fully clothed and working out with a punching bag.

It’s captioned: “Okay enough of the swimsuit pics for now… Those were taken months ago — this is what I’m really up to #UFC184 training camp — ready to defend my belt once again #feb28.”

Although the 28-year-old is better known as a submission specialist, she beat her last opponent Alexis Davis with punches in just 16 seconds, the 2nd fastest KO/TKO ever in a UFC title fight.
