Tottenham Hotspur has taken the mantle from the Golden State Warriors in the burgeoning field of proposed stadiums that may or may not look like a toilet.
At least according to Arsenal fans, anyway.
On Wednesday, the NFL announced its teams will play at least two games a year at Tottenham Hotspur’s proposed London stadium, starting in 2018 when the arena is scheduled to be finished. Spurs celebrated the news by sending out a few renderings of its new digs:
The fans of Tottenham’s chief rival had a field day.
I can certainly see the resemblance, but the Warriors’ initial stadium design — which has since been amended — was way more toilet-y.
