Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele are ending their “Key & Peele” Comedy Central show after this season, which is a real bummer because some of their best material has dealt with sports.

Only eight episodes remain of the show that debuted in 2012. Along the way, they’ve managed to elegantly fillet everything from the chucklefests of pregame shows to pregame introductions.

They’re going to be busy with another show, agreeing in March to work on an animated Comedy Central spinoff based on their Critiquer’s Corner “Vandaveon & Mike” character, but they’ll still have time for sports, right? Please?
