On Friday, a video was posted to Facebook that showed a Texas high school cheerleading squad. Their routine was choreographed to Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the U.S.A.,” as well as audio clips from Sept. 11, 2001.

It has gotten a little attention.

By Tuesday, that Facebook clip of the Lumberton High School cheerleading squad (and their Sept. 11 routine) had more than 25 million views.

A version has also been posted to YouTube, where it had been viewed more than 900,000 times.

“We do this because we believe it is very important to honor and remember the first responders, those who gave their lives, and those who still mourn the hole left by lost loved ones,” Lauren Sheffield, the team’s coach, told Buzzfeed.

As Gawker noted, the squad has done routines like this before. I’m gonna let you form your own opinion here, but let’s just say reviews are sort of mixed.
