New England Patriots Coach Bill Belichick does not seem like the type who does much with social media, a point he hammered home Wednesday while sounding like your grandpa during a conversation with reporters.

(He was asking this of Reiss himself. This is a weirdly composed tweet.)

Anyway, this isn’t the first time Belichick has mangled the name of a social-media company. A brief history:

— In September, Belichick was asked about whether he was keeping tabs on DeflateGate news via social media. You’ll be shocked to hear the answer was no. “You should know that I don’t have a Twitter account,” he said. “I don’t have InstantFace. I don’t have any of that.”

— Last season, a Patriots NFL draft scouting report on Johnny Manziel was leaked online, and naturally reporters asked Belichick about it. “There’s no way I can sit up here and tell you that I’ve read it all. I’ve read a fraction of it. But we have a ton of information on all the players that are in the draft. What’s online, you should go talk to the geniuses that are online. I don’t know. MyFace, YourFace, InstantFace. Go talk to whoever you want that does that stuff. I don’t know,” he said.

— In 2011, Belichick was asked about wide receiver Chad Johnson’s use of social media. “I don’t Twitter, I don’t MyFace, I don’t Yearbook,” he said. “I don’t do any of those things, so I’d probably be the last to know.”
