Teddy Bridgewater was knocked out of the Minnesota Vikings’ game when he was hit in the head by St. Louis Rams cornerback Lamarcus Joyner as he was sliding at the end of a fourth-quarter run.

The Vikings quarterback was evaluated for a concussion after the play, on which Joyner was flagged for unnecessary roughness. Most likely, Joyner will also be fined on the play, which was pretty scary.

Bridgewater had completed 13 of 21 passes for 144 yards (with one interception) and rushed for a touchdown as he took his lumps Sunday.
