The three finalists for the Heisman Trophy were announced Monday, and while it’s fair and proper for their achievements to be extolled and arguments to be made about who should win, we have until Saturday to do all that. No, today is all about venting anger over the appalling snubs of various other players, so let the gnashing of teeth and rending of garments begin.

Well, first, we probably should specify the lucky trio of non-snubs. That would be (in alphabetical order) Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey, Alabama running back Derrick Henry and Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson.
